WestschoolofcookingCatherine St. John, owner and school director of Western Reserve School of Cooking returns to HLHS to demonstrate the basics of French cooking. 

The menu and instruction will consist of Smoked Salmon Canapes (smoked salmon with an herb cheese on top of a cucumber), Coq au Vin (chicken braised in red wine with pearl onions, glazed mushrooms and buttered noodles), and rich dark chocolate mousse for dessert.
