About Destination Hudson

The Board of Destination Hudson is pleased to announce the appointment of Rhonda Kadish as Executive Director, following the retirement of longtime leader Liz Murphy. Liz helped create Destination Hudson and led it for more than a decade, leaving a legacy of programs that celebrate Hudson’s history, heritage, and community spirit.

Rhonda brings a wealth of experience from her time with the City of Hudson as Grants Coordinator, Special Events Coordinator, and Community Relations Manager. She also brings over 20 years of dedicated community volunteerism, having served as a board member and chair of the Hudson Park Board, and as a founding member and past president of Friends of Hudson Parks. During her time with the City, Rhonda served as an ex-officio member of the Destination Hudson Board and worked closely with the organization on events such as HUDSONmART. She also played a key role in supporting local businesses through initiatives like ShopLocal/ShopHudson. Rhonda brings both passion and a deep connection to the community, and we’re excited to have her lead Destination Hudson into its next chapter.
